Why Are Bees
Bees and other pollinators have a symbiotic relationship with plants. When bees consume pollen and nectar as food, and then take pollen from one flower to neighboring plants and flowers, it continues the cycle of healthy reproduction. Neither would be able to survive without the other. It is one of the most important partnerships found in nature.

Given the critical importance of bees, recent challenges to their population and overall health are very serious concerns, particularly for the horticulture industry. As a result, an important part of our mission is to support and advocate for bees and pollinators. We are bringing together industry-leading groups to work together to promote pollinator health.[/span8] [/content_box]
